This piece is to represent the way our political system work when there is an economic crisis. Where the politicians said they want the best for Americans but in reality, it is best for there corporate friends. The sculpture shows the real picture behind the curten, as we will see from top to bottom. The sand clock is the representation of time. Where in time where will be a recession or some sort of economic crisis. First is the lobbyist giving “Uncle Sam” (Uncle Sam here is the representation of politicians ). This showing us that how our senators and Representatives suppose to work for us but in fact they aint. Then we saw a bunch of money been trigger down from that hat to the bottom. (The people from left to right are representation of 1) the wealth individuals, 2) big Firms 3) banks). This trigger down is when there is a crisis within our economy, the government will look out to those three first or rather they are the one with the most gain. Lastly, is the 99% of the population which that 99% means at the bottom.
